We are seeking a

dynamic and result-oriented Business Setup Advisor

company formation, and a knack for turning conversations into client relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise potential and existing clients on the most suitable jurisdictions, legal structures, and licensing options based on their business goals. Stay well-informed of

UAE business laws

, VISA processes, regulatory frameworks, and updates related to company formation. Build, manage, and retain long-term

client relationships

, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Liaise with

government authorities

, free zone representatives, and other regulatory bodies to ensure a seamless client onboarding process. Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications using CRM tools. Provide exceptional customer experience through timely follow-ups, updates, and support throughout the setup process.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in the UAE business setup industry (mainland, free zone, offshore) - mandatory*.
Strong understanding of UAE legal structures, licensing options, and business setup procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage. Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a
