& Summary This role covers two main areas of the partner office: partner income and the performance portal & Dashboards. As a Partner Office Senior Associate, you will work with the wider partner office team supporting the partner income lead and maintaining and updating the partner performance portal. You will also be required to assist in implementing changes to partner office dashboards and monitoring project progress. You will be involved in supporting projects and enhancing our reporting.
Responsibilities
Partner Income
Partner income modelling
Managing various partner income reconciliation (such as Target and Actual)
Final distribution calculations
Various income analysis (diversity, rating distribution etc)
Supporting Line of Services moderation
Year end partner income analysis and relevant reporting to leadership
Any adhoc reports and modeling relating to partners income
Performance Portal Key activities include :
Ensuring the Performance Portal is kept updated, ensuring access levels are maintained and track the goal setting process.
Work with Partner Office (PO) team lead to align th KPIs that will form part of the partner goals
Liaise with the tech team to ensure the agreed KPIs are developed and working in the portal including testing through to production
Support leadership in launching the Goals
Maintain and track the goal setting progress, support partners with approval
Partner Dashboards Key activities include
Upload and maintain partner dashboard
Upload KPI targets
Work with Tech team providing support with financials data loading in the dashboard
Manage the monthly validation, testing and resolve any variances
Enhance current dashboards and oversee the implementation of these changes
Ad-hoc reporting
Requirements
Previous background in Finance preferred
Strong analytics and good understanding of Financials desired
Creative individual with a passion for driving change
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a self-motivated
Clients (partners) support centric
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under tight deadlines and flexible as per business requirements
Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time, often involving multiple stakeholders
Competent in Google suite and the PwC brand/toolkit
Knowledge of power BI tools would be an advantage
