We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate - M&A for a prestigious Abu Dhabi based Government entity. This role will require the candidate to perform due diligence, intricate financial analysis, and strategic deal structuring, while also driving investment research and efficient project management across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Deal due diligence and screening
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis including preparing and reviewing financial models, conducting valuation assessments, and analyzing financial statements
- Conduct due diligence by assessing the financial, legal and operational aspect of the deal
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and advisors to develop deal structure
- Conduct market research and industry analysis
- Asist in preparation of memorandums, presentations and documentation required for stakeholders
- Managing M&A projects, including adherence to timelines and working with different teams involved in the transaction
- Assist with investment research, market monitoring and investment theme ideas
- Assist with portfolio company management covering, corporate finance and operational tasks

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree from a leading university with high GPA
- Similar role with Big 4 transaction advisory, investment banks, consulting firms in a DD role, or buy side experience (sector agnostic experience preferred)
- Proven deal execution experience from the local region
- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience
- Financial analysis and modelling skills, CFA or CPA certification good to have
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability
- Strong presentation skills
