Abu Dhabi - \xc2\xa31 - \xc2\xa32 My client are a top tier international law firm with multiple offices in the GCC. They are looking to add a senior corporate M&A lawyer to their Abu Dhabi office.
With offices across Europe, Middle East, APAC and the US this law firm are able to offer high quality cross border transactional work.
The team advises on a full spectrum of energy (oil & gas, solar, wind, hydrogen etc) & infrastructure matters including construction/project documents, financing, M&A and regulatory.
For this particular role, you will ideally be a 7+ PQE corporate/M&A lawyer with strong experience in the oil & gas sector.
Candidates qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa etc) are encouraged to get in touch.
