Full-time Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, and structuring & performing analyses.

Identifying creative but pragmatic options against potential market scenarios, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed-upon strategy.

Qualifications Successful Candidates Will Typically Possess The Following Qualifications
A second-year MBA student from a US top-tier university.
Exemplary scholastic record, recognized with special academic awards or participation in elite programs.
3-5 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement.
Possession of outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English, and Arabic is a plus.
