As a Senior Associate in Customer, Technology Advisory & Enablement, you will be responsible for providing advisory services and enabling technology solutions for clients. You will work with the team to help clients identify business opportunities, create strategies, and implement technology solutions to meet their business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and business performance through technology.
- Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans to support client goals and objectives.
- Lead or support the implementation of technology solutions, including project management, testing, and training.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet client expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technology consulting or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with customer engagement and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
