:
Coordination: Plan and schedule delivery routes, and coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related inquiries and updates, proactively communicating any delays or issues to customers.
Problem-solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and delivery-related issues, such as delays or damaged products.
Essential skills and qualifications:
Organizational skills: Excellent planning, record-keeping, and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with customers, drivers, and management.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to troubleshoot logistics challenges and address vehicle issues effectively.
Technical knowledge: A basic to strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
Customer service experience: A customer-focused attitude and a history of providing exceptional customer service.
Computer proficiency: Experience with logistics software, GPS, fleet management systems, and basic office applications.
Warehouse arrangement and inventory control management :
Maintaining the warehouse stock inventory implementing strategic organization and layout. and conducting regular physical checks and cycle counts. To maintain accuracy and efficiency, use technology, organize products strategically based on demand, and train staff thoroughly on processes like receiving, put away, and picking.
Additional:
Strong knowledge of UAE roads and traffic conditions for efficient route planning.
Prior experience in handling or delivering electronic appliances.
