Job Description

A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its expanding Commercial / TMT practice in Dubai. This is a key opportunity to advise on a broad mix of commercial matters across the Middle East, including technology transactions, outsourcing, procurement, franchising, licensing, sponsorship and distribution agreements.
Applicants should be Commonwealth qualified with at least 6 years' PQE gained at a well-regarded firm with an established commercial or TMT practice. Strong drafting, negotiation and transactional skills are essential, alongside a commercial outlook and the confidence to operate independently. The ability to advise on data privacy, telecoms and media regulation, as well as support technology-related due diligence on corporate transactions, will be highly valued.
Key aspects of the role include:

• Leading the drafting, review and negotiation of complex commercial and technology agreements.
• Advising on commercial structuring and TMT regulatory issues, including data privacy and telecoms.
• Supporting due diligence on corporate and technology-driven transactions.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Delivering client training and assisting in the preparation of proposals and pitches.
