Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior-level Commercial / TMT lawyer to join the growing Middle East practice of a leading international firm in Dubai.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including outsourcing, procurement, distribution, franchising, sponsorship, and brand licensing agreements, as well as technology transactions, data privacy, telecoms and media regulation, and technology due diligence on corporate transactions. Candidates will be involved in complex transactional structuring, regulatory advice, client training, business development, and will play a key role in developing client relationships across the region.
Applicants will ideally possess:

• 6+ years' PQE gained at a leading international or regional law firm.
• A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).
• Demonstrable expertise in commercial contracts and TMT matters.
• Strong technical, interpersonal and client-facing skills, with an appetite for business development.
• Experience delivering legal training or public presentations would be advantageous.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in the Middle East.
