Senior Associate, Accounts Dubai Permanent Full Time Competitive Salary & Benefits

We are looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Associate

to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for multiple clients across our industries. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with VAT and corporate tax (CT) compliance.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Your New Role

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:



End-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records

Record vendor invoices, employee expenses, and manage client payment runs

Perform bank, credit card, petty cash, and balance sheet reconciliations

Generate financial and management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.)

Support clients with month-end and quarter-end closing activities

Prepare audit schedules, liaise with client auditors, and ensure audit-ready books

Manage and update records on accounting platforms such as

Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or client ERP systems

Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery of reports and compliance filings

Assist in VAT return workings and CT documentation

Ensure clients remain compliant with filing deadlines and reporting requirements

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, BBA) Strong working knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) Proven experience using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or client-specific ERP systems 5-6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in an outsourced or multi-client environment Certification or progress toward qualifications like ACCA, CMA, or CA (Inter) (desirable) Understanding of VAT laws and compliance requirements in UAE (desirable) Familiarity with Corporate Tax (CT) regulations, including basic computation and filing procedures (desirable)
