Job SummaryManage Retail Credit department data and database by generating full requested and required reports to monitor productivity and KP, to develop applications for more power performance and assistant project manager in implementation of new or revised systems.Responsibilities
- Managing RC department databases and generating all daily reports and full ADHOC reports.
- Generating and Developing KPI performance report for all teams on the RC department and insure and confirm accuracy & integrity data are matching fact.
- Develop and design TAT report to confirm that all deals had done with RC\xe2\x80\x99s teams within SLA time frame.
- Support RC\xe2\x80\x99s teams by designing and developing new system will enhancement positive improve in work flow performance.
- Automating daily reports to insure smooth and efficient reports and delivering on time.
- Assist project manager in new system implementations and modifications.
- Assist in developing and importing De-dupe applications (Blacklist Search Engine Sys) and confirm data availability.
- Report to Fraud ADHOC and monthly central bank requirement data.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
- Minimum 1-2 Years work experience managing data warehouse Info-center and developing software systems major organizations
