Senior Asset Management Strategy Lead
Senior Asset Management Strategy Lead advances the Asset Management strategy, governance, system(S0, and implementation approaches including the Asset Management Framework. The Strategy Lead Consultant provides broad program strategy and structure for asset management activities with regard to large enterprise data collection, system development, performance management, community outreach, analysis and reporting, strategic planning and asset management.
Responsibilities include:
Establishing the baseline Strategic Asset Management Plan documents for the DP
Provide guidance and use cases to help advance the establishment of the Enterprise Asset Management Solution
Provide guidance to the Senior Asset Management Data Lead in establishing and implementing the Asset Management System data architecture
Formulate scope definition for Design Delivery Partner (DDP) activities and deliverables as it relates to advancing the Asset Management System within their respective design activities.
Serve as a technical coordination point between the DP and the NEOM Asset Management Teams to advance a unified Asset Management System, capability, and data structure.
Work to identify, action, and maintain coordination with key Asset Management stakeholders including DP Staff, DDPs, NEOM PMO, and Ministry of Finance within the realms of Asset Management governance and Asset Management System Implementation.
Provide direction to the Senior Asset Management Data Analysis Consultant concerning the selection of Asset Management analytics, report generation, and dashboard development.
Coordinate with the DP Engineered Design Digital Team to advance the establishment and utilization of the Asset Management System
Coordinate with Supply Delivery Partners with identifying and actioning potential uses of the Asset Management System.
Work with Operators, Tenants, and Facility Management Teams to oversee data provision into Computerized Asset Facility Management (CAFM) systems and leveraging the DP Asset Management System to improve and streamline their broader project delivery.
Oversee completion and accuracy of client deliverables
Provide regular feedback to customer on data quality and accuracy, and assist customer as needed to obtain the required data where possible
Provide regular communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders on the performance of contracted services
Provide feedback on internal operations to improve the delivery of services
Required Skills / Experience:
Consulting experience including solutions-oriented problem solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
Customer focused mentality
Project management capabilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities with strong attention to details
Bachelor's Degree
Organization and reporting skills
Experience in developing and implementing Asset Management Governance capabilities
Industry Certification is a plus: Institute of Asset Management (IAM)
