About the position Our creative team is made up of fearless thinkers who hone their craft with brutal simplicity of thought. We are looking for a Senior Art Director to partner with a Senior Copywriter and to be right in the middle of the action. About the Role We push our creative teams to make the best work of their career. Below is a snapshot of what you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Challenge creative briefs while understanding project requirements to create change-making work.
• Be fluent in creating fearless campaign ideas and building presentations that are thought provoking and show how the ideas work across different channels.
• Produce clear, consistently fresh and surprising ideas and compelling visuals.
• Work in a close-knit creative partnership with a Copywriter and Creative Lead to generate campaign ideas and see them through from concepts to completion.
• Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the CD or clients.
• Show strong commercial awareness, ensuring work is of great quality, while not smashing the client\xe2\x80\x99s budget to pieces.
• Be comfortable creating hard-working, tactical visuals from time to time.

You bring (required):

• (Mid) 3-5+ years of agency experience.
• (Sr) 4-7 years of agency experience.
• A good portfolio with the potential to become a creative titan. With 2-3 examples of great work

As a bonus, you bring:

• Regional GCC experience
• Recent award wins at regional or global award shows.
• Have examples of change-making work for F&B or Real Estate clients.
