The role requires 8-12 years of experience in all aspects of design and construction management of Warehouse projects, Offices and Buildings. KSA experience is an added advantage
Design and construction management Experience of buildings and Warehouses.
Experience in Preparation of Architectural Concept design of buildings and Warehouses
Space planning and design experience of Warehouses and buildings
Overall Project management experience from design stage to Construction and handover.
Preparation of Budgets
Project planning and Project Tracking
Good knowledge in Authority regulations in UAE and KSA
BIM and CDE working experience
Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions.
Report/ MOM writing Skills
Should be able to travel and work between KSA and UAE and spend a reasonable time in KSA
Knowledge in preparing Contractual correspondences.
Should have good understanding of building codes and safety standards
Should have experience in multi-disciplinary stakeholder management.
Should be well versed with material standards and products.
Should have a reasonable understanding of MEP and structural elements of buildings
Preparation and issuance of Taking over certificates and defects liability certificates of contracts.
Experience in BIM & Revit is a must.

Should have worked on projects involving warehouses/distribution centers
Should be open to travel
Experience working in Saudi Arabia / or working on projects in Saudi Arabia will be an advantage
