We are seeking a
highly experienced Architectural Draftsman
with advanced proficiency in
Autodesk Revit
to join our professional design team and contribute to the success of our ongoing and future projects.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents using
Autodesk Revit
.
Develop and manage
BIM models
and coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
Ensure all drawings comply with
UAE building codes
,
Sharjah municipality standards
, and project requirements.
Review, update, and refine drawings based on design revisions, technical feedback, and site conditions.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain design accuracy and consistency.
Establish and maintain company
Revit templates, standards, and family libraries
.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Architecture
or
Architectural Technology
.
Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience
in architectural drafting and documentation using
Revit
(UAE experience is required).
Expert-level skills in
Revit Family creation
, detailing, and BIM model management.
Strong knowledge of
construction documentation
,
technical detailing
, and
coordination drawings
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
SketchUp
, and
Adobe Photoshop
is a plus.
Excellent understanding of
Sharjah and UAE building codes and regulations
.
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Skills
Proven experience in
BIM coordination

Familiarity with
