Ensure business requirements are correctly translated into technical specifications in line with enterprise architectureArchitect, build, and maintain cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments for the organization.Design & manage Technical architecture analysis, research and design of new functionality and integration for required applications and servicesUnderstand Customer requirements and business objectives of the company and create cloud-based solutions to facilitate those objectives.Collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, information security, data, application & infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, conceptual, and cost effective design.Produce component level specification and translate into detailed for development and implementationMove monolithic systems into the cloud for more efficiency within the organization - aka digital transformation.Keep cloud solutions secure and preventing downtime or security breaches.Determine the risk associated with third-party platforms or frameworks.Designing, modifying, and ensuring through the SDLC process the technical architecture is aligned as part of the developmentContinually evaluating the development to ensure alignment to the solution architecture design while ensuring alignment to the architectural principles and frameworkProvide architecture and design guidance to the development teamEnsure that the development team develops, configures and implements the solution as per solution architecture standards in line with enterprise architectureKeeping up to date on best practices in cloud computing and making improvements to the cloud infrastructure.Review and guide testing team to prepare test plans and acceptance criteriaQualificationsNecessary SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Information Technology fieldMinimum 10 years of overall previous experience in IT related field includingMinimum of 5 years of experience in design and development of softwareMinimum of 2 years of experience in developing solution architectureBackground in any of the following: Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering or DevOpsExperience and expertise in delivering architectures that involves Camunda Workflow, Azure AD (IdP, Oauth2, OpenID, SAML), Azure Cloud (AKS, Event Hub, Blob Storage), and Mobile App (Flutter).Strong foundation knowledge of solution architecture concepts, patterns, principles, and quality attributes. Ability to consistently apply them in real-world scenarios with a pragmatic, system thinking, and problem-solving mindset by analyzing architecture trade-offs for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective solution architecture.Passion for technology and for learning.Experience in Agile Project Methodology and frameworkExperience developing IT and cloud infrastructureExperience in software engineering and design architectureExperience working in a DevOps environment.Leadership skills are essentialCurrent understanding of best practices regarding system security measuresPositive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high levelAdvanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processesPreferred SkillsMaster's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Information Technology fieldAdvanced expertise in SDLC - Agile and DevOps is beneficialProven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly fluid environment.Azure Cloud certificationsFinancial industry knowledge (Highly desirableExceptional written and verbal communicator
