Job Description
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Experience: 12+ years in site-based architectural supervision;
Middle East experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review architectural submissions such as material submittal, method of statements and shop drawings + Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority requirements
+ Respond to technical queries and site construction details
+ Review contractor performance every week and attend any technical workshop meetings as required
+ Knowledge of UAE regulations of the municipality and civil defense
+ Coordination awareness between all the disciplines
