Job Description

Architects will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with UAE building codes, sustainability standards (LEED/Estidama), and client requirements.
Key duties include producing detailed blueprints, managing contractor coordination, 3D modeling (Revit/AutoCAD), and site supervision.

Salary is negotiable as per experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development:

Lead conceptual design, schematic design, and design development, incorporating aesthetic, functional, and sustainable principles.

Technical Documentation:

Produce detailed blueprints, cutting lists, construction documents, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, or SketchUp.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all designs adhere to local Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Fire and Life Safety (FLS) codes, and international standards (NFPA, BS, ASTM).

Coordination:

Liaise with clients, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Site Management:

Conduct site visits, review material submittals, and manage project technical queries (RFIs) to ensure quality control.

Project Management:

Oversee project timelines, budget adherence, and client relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Experience:

Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for UAE/Middle East experience in high-profile projects.

Software Proficiency:

Expert knowledge of Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, 3D modelling tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Regulations:

Deep understanding of the UAE Building Codes and Municipality approvals.

Skills:

Strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
