Senior Architect
Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop concept designs and carry them through to full architectural detailed drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align design with project requirements.
Review drawings, materials, and technical documents to ensure compliance with the approved project vision.
Follow up on authority procedures and obtain required approvals from Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi municipalities.
Monitor the project timeline and ensure all deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
Prepare visual presentations and design materials as needed to support internal reviews or external clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Must be Arabic Speaker (Native)
10 years of experience within real estate development companies in the UAE.
Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of:
BUA and NSA calculations
Space efficiency
Villa planning
Residential community design
Towers and multi-story buildings
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval procedures.
Proven experience in designing villa projects and tower projects.
Hands-on experience working with consultants, reviewing comments, and managing design revisions.
