We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE project experience, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end architectural design and coordination for commercial, residential, and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and full technical packages for fit-out and renovation projects. Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, presentations, and project documentation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure design compliance during execution. Participate in design reviews, project planning, and material selection processes. Ensure adherence to UAE building codes, DM/DDA/Trakhees regulations, and fit-out authority standards. Collaborate closely with engineering, QS, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Architecture

. Minimum

7 years of total experience

, with at least 5

-7 years in the UAE

. Strong portfolio showcasing fit-out, renovation, retail, or commercial projects. Experience working in a fast-paced contracting environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills. Understanding of UAE authority approval requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Required Software Proficiency

AutoCAD (Advanced)

Revit (Essential for BIM coordination)

SketchUp 3ds Max / V-Ray (Visualization) Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Presentation boards) Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
