Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our consulting team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
8 years of experience
with reputable consulting firms in the UAE, with proven capability inconcept design
, development of design presentations, and a thorough understanding of project design stages.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop conceptual architectural designs aligned with project goals and client expectations. Prepare design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during design development and detailed design phases. Ensure compliance of design work with applicable building codes and regulations. Manage design documentation and support in obtaining authority approvals. Review and enhance technical detailing and material specifications.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum
8 years UAE experience
in architecture within a consulting firm. Strongconcept design
abilities supported by a solid portfolio. Thorough knowledge ofInternational Building Code (IBC)
andDubai Building Codes
. Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and authorities. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of sustainability guidelines (LEED/Estidama preferred). Experience with mixed-use, residential, and hospitality projects.
