Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with interior design expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our construction projects, from conceptual design through to completion, ensuring functional, innovative, and visually compelling outcomes that reflect our brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural and interior design process for our construction projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Develop innovative design concepts that align with client expectations, project objectives, and site context. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to integrate technical, structural, and interior elements into the overall design. Prepare sketches, renderings, 3D models, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design ideas. Ensure designs comply with building codes, RERA regulations, and construction standards. Review and approve architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and detailing for accuracy and coordination. Conduct periodic design reviews to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and propose improvements. Stay updated on trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and interior design. Foster a collaborative and creative environment that promotes innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 5-6 years of experience in architectural design, with demonstrated interior design experience for construction projects. Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Strong design portfolio highlighting architectural and interior design skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
