NegotiableKey Responsibilities:
Preparation of concept designs, sketches & interior designs. Presentation of drawing in AutoCAD and Revit. Working drawings but not limited to architectural drawings. Submission of drawings online or manually to DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, DDA, DACC, Meraas, Tecom, Jafza, Civil Defence and any other Authorities whatsoever for approval. Coordination for perspective and renders of the proposed project. Co-ordination with structural engineer, MEP engineer to review architectural, structural design and MEP compatibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Dubai, with a focus on authority approvals and compliance. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Nakheel, RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, and Civil Defense regulations. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Registration with the Trakhees, Society of Engineers (SOE) is preferred.
