We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Architectural Engineer

with

10-12 years of experience in the UAE

to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both design and site supervision, with the ability to manage architectural works, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure compliance with design standards and UAE authority regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor architectural works on site to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Review and coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior teams. Provide technical guidance and design clarifications during project execution. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress and quality reports. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.). Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues. Support junior architects and site teams to maintain design intent and project timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (

Master's preferred

). 10-12 years of UAE experience in architectural design and site supervision (preferably with consultancy firms). Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishing works, and material selection.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (Revit is mandatory).

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
