We,

Module Engineering Consultant L.L.C

the one of the leading engineering consultancy firms with over

20 years of experience

in Dubai, is looking to hire a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring functionality, safety, sustainability, and aesthetics. The Architect will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs from concept to detailed drawings

Minimum

5 years

of total architectural experience, with at least

3 years

in the UAE, including hands-on experience in Dubai.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Rhino

In-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures, building regulations, and coordination with

DM, Trakhees ,Nakheel, Dubai Development Authority (DDA),

and other local authorities

Strong technical and creative design skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Prepare and present design proposals to clients

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers

Submit permit applications and liaise with government authorities

Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure alignment with plans

Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, and other design tools

Modify designs based on client feedback or site conditions

Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)

Proven experience as an Architect (typically 5+ years)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, and other design software

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

Familiarity with local building regulations and permit procedures

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and aesthetics

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Client-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Holder of a valid UAE driving license
