Job Description
We are seeking a
talented Architect / Interior Designer
with a passion forluxury design
, strong technical expertise, and proven experience in deliveringhigh-end projects in the UAE
.Experience:
Minimum5 years in Dubai
working on interior design or architectural projects.Key Responsibilities
Develop
architectural and interior design concepts
for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Preparedetailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications
that meet high-end design standards. PrepareBills of Quantities (BOQ)
, cost estimates, and material take-offs for interior and fit-out works. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and presentcreative and functional solutions
. Coordinate withMEP and structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers
to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Manage thedesign process from concept to site supervision
, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Stay updated oninternational design trends
, luxury materials, and finishing techniques. Ensurecompliance with Dubai authority regulations and standards
.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture or Interior Design
. Minimum3 years of professional experience in Dubai
. Proficiency inAutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
. Strong design portfolio demonstratingluxury interior projects
. Excellent communication and coordination skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
