We are seeking a

highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical capabilities, with proven experience in handling projects from concept to completion in accordance with

Dubai Municipality regulations

. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

architectural design process

from concept design to detailed drawings and construction documentation. Develop high-quality

3D models and visualizations

to effectively communicate design concepts. Create and manage

Revit models

and coordinate with other disciplines using BIM standards. Review and prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved. Conduct site inspections to ensure design, quality, and safety compliance. Prepare and manage submissions to

Dubai Municipality

and other relevant authorities. Mentor and guide junior architects and draftsmen. Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

(Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Dubai.

Dubai Municipality License - G+4 or higher.

Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other 3D visualization tools.

Strong knowledge of

UAE building codes, authority procedures, and approval processes.

Excellent

presentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to

work under pressure

and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must hold a

valid UAE Driving License.
