Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Architect with a strong design sense, technical expertise and proven UAE experience to lead and shape exciting high-rise, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects and manage a design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Lead conceptual to detailed design; produce 3D models, renderings, and drawings; ensure compliance with Dubai Green Building regulations.Project Management:
Manage projects end-to-end; coordinate with stakeholders; conduct site visits and resolve design issues.Client & Authority Coordination:
Work with clients, Sub-Consultants, Contractors and authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees).Technical Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM workflows, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, and Blender; strong knowledge of UAE construction methods and codes.Team Leadership:
Mentor junior staff; collaborate across all design team members.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture (UAE-recognized)
8+ years UAE experience in architectural firms in a team lead role
Strong portfolio in high-rise, residential, and commercial projects
UAE DM G+12 or Unlimited License preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Must reside within a commutable distance to Dubai

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
