Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior Architect

with strong design, technical, and coordination skills to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in consultancy environments, handling high-rise and large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design process from concept to detailed design and construction stages. Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements and local regulations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee and guide junior architects and technical staff. Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during construction. Review and approve shop drawings and material submissions. Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards, and project guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum

10+ years of experience

in architectural design, preferably with a

consultancy background

. Proven experience in

high-rise

,

mixed-use

, or

large-scale

projects. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. UAE experience is preferred.
