Senior Architect
Job Description
Key Responsiblities:
Lead and manage architectural design review and approvals for assigned projects.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure design compliance and project alignment.
Conduct technical evaluations of drawings, BOQs, and materials.
Oversee design development stages and coordination between disciplines (MEP, Structural, ID).
Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
Attend site inspections, review progress, and provide architectural supervision input.
Guide junior architects and ensure design integrity is maintained throughout execution.
Manage documentation, RFIs, and support in tender evaluation when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred) 10+ years of relevant experience in architectural consultancy, including UAE/GCC exposure Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; knowledge of BIM is a plus Strong knowledge of local authority submission procedures Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
