Job Title: Senior Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join Maison de Nova. This role involves leading the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. The right candidate will bring both creativity and technical expertise, with a strong understanding of construction and detailing, as well as experience delivering high-end residential or commercial projects.

Key responsibilities:

Lead architectural design on multiple projects, ensuring consistency with the overall vision Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial sketches and concept design to technical drawings and site delivery Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers Prepare and submit planning applications and coordinate building regulation approvals Review and mark up drawings, manage revisions, and ensure technical accuracy Supervise junior team members and support their development Maintain project timelines, budgets, and high standards of quality Uphold the design integrity and values of Maison de Nova across all work Act as the first point of contact for clients throughout the design process Lead and deliver client presentations at all key stages -- from concept to completion Represent Maison de Nova with professionalism and confidence in meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

RIBA Part III qualified or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience Experience in either the UAE or Europe is preferred (both is highly preferred) Strong portfolio with completed high-end residential or commercial projects Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (or similar), and Adobe Creative Suite Solid knowledge of local building codes, planning, and construction methods Strong communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented with a strong eye for materials, finishes, and proportion

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per year
