Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior Architect with strong design expertise

to lead conceptualization, planning, and delivery of innovative architectural solutions. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop

design concepts

for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Translate client briefs into creative, practical, and buildable design solutions. Manage

design presentations

, including sketches, 3D models, and renders. Oversee the preparation of

detailed design drawings

, plans, and specifications. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout all project stages. Stay updated with

local regulations, building codes, sustainability standards, and industry best practices

. Mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback. Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Drive innovation in design, materials, and technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum

8-12 years of architectural experience

, with proven

design leadership

. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and project delivery. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite

. Excellent visualization, conceptualization, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and local building codes. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

high-rise, luxury residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

. Familiarity with

sustainable design practices and green building standards

Leadership qualities with team management experience.
