Job Title:

Senior Architect

Job Purpose:

The Senior Architect will lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. This role involves overseeing design development, coordinating with consultants, ensuring compliance with regulations, and guiding junior architects to deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable designs aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design and execution. Develop design concepts, presentations, and technical drawings. Oversee and review the work of architects, designers, and draftsmen. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project goals. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent. Prepare project documentation including specifications, BOQs, and reports. Provide technical expertise and design solutions for complex projects. Mentor and guide junior team members. Ensure sustainability and innovative design principles are integrated into projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Professional license/registration (preferred). Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management. Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and other design software. Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
