Job Description
Position Overview:
Lead the architectural coordination process across all project stages -- from design inception to construction handover -- ensuring architectural intent, compliance with local codes, and cohesive integration with structural, MEP, and finishing trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee architectural coordination across disciplines (structural, MEP, interior) from
Design through construction
. Review and managearchitectural drawings, shop drawings, RFIs
, material submittals, and authority submissions. Conduct and lead coordination meetings; resolve technical and design issues with consultants, contractors, and clients. Ensure all architectural deliverables comply withDubai Municipality, Trakhees, and local building codes
. Manage project documentation, maintain drawing submission schedules, and coordinate approvals (NOCs, permits, etc.).Qualifications & Skills:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).Experience
: Minimum 10-15 years, including at least 8 years within theUAE
market for high-rise or mixed-use projects.Technical Proficiency
: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools (e.g. clash detection, model checks, common data environment).Communication & Leadership
: Fluent in English, exceptional coordination, conflict resolution, and documentation skills.Job Type: Full-time
