About Us

Potencia is a growing design and build firm based in Dubai, specializing in project management, Architectural, MEP, and Structural design and build services across the UAE. We are looking for a talented Architect to be our key hire -- someone who will play a leading role in shaping our design identity and client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design and execution. Use Revit, AutoCAD, and other leading software to generate high-quality drawings and designs. Meet clients, present design proposals, and translate requirements into creative, practical solutions. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects. Manage and guide the junior design team as the practice expands. Ensure all designs comply with Municipality and UAE authority codes.

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of proven architectural experience in the UAE

Valid membership with the Society of Engineers (SOE) UAE is mandatory.

Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical depth. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles. Leadership ability and team management experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools. Solid understanding of local authority submissions and approval processes. DM registered architect. Should have valid DM registration number.
