Senior Architect (10-12 Years Experience) - Dubai

Salary:

15,000 - 20,000 AED per month

Minimum 10-12 years (at least 6 years in Dubai)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Architect

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and local UAE regulations. You will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Develop and present design concepts and schematic drawings. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE regulations. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders throughout all project phases. Manage and mentor junior architects and designers. Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve design-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture

10-12

years of experience

in architecture, with at least

6 years in Dubai

. Strong knowledge of

Dubai Municipality

regulations, building codes, and approval processes. Proven experience in

concept design, detailed design, and execution

. Strong portfolio of high-quality design projects. Membership in

RIBA / AIA / UAE Society of Engineers

is a plus.

Software Proficiency:

AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Microsoft Office Suite

Key Skills:

Strong

design and creative problem-solving

skills. Excellent

project management

and leadership abilities. Strong understanding of

construction detailing and materials

. Effective

communication and client management

skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.
