Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs that comply with relevant regulations and meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budgets. Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs using CAD and 3D software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Prepare drawings, blueprints, and architectural plans for construction and permit applications. Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other professionals. Monitor the project progress during construction to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess feasibility and progress. Adjust plans as needed based on client feedback, site conditions, or regulations. Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Professional architecture license (preferred or as per local regulations). Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and construction oversight. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential, commercial, or interior design projects. Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
