We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Senior Architect

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring

10+ years of architectural experience

, a strong design portfolio, and a solid understanding of UAE regulations and authority processes. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of high-profile developments from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and planning for residential and commercial developments. Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure design objectives are met. Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Manage design timelines, budgets, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve architectural issues. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers within the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum

10 years of experience

in architecture, with at least

5 years in the UAE

(preferred). Strong command of design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office. In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority submission processes (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Proven leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Professional registration or affiliation (e.g., SOE, SIRA, RIBA) is an advantage.
