We are seeking a
Senior Architect
to join our dynamic team atInspiration Corner Engineering Consultants
in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and design skills, excellent Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, and full knowledge of (DM) submission procedures and local building codes.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage full
architectural design packages
including concept, schematic, and working drawings. Prepare and submit projects to(DM)
, ensuring full code compliance. Produce high-quality3D models and renderings
using Revit and Photoshop. Leadclient meetings
to present designs, collect feedback, and refine proposals accordingly. Coordinate with in-house structural and MEP teams to ensure full design integration. Prepare detailed, sections, elevations, and layout plans
. Supervise and guide junior architects and freelancers when needed. Deliver creative and practicaldesign proposals
in a timely and efficient manner.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Expert in
Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop
, and rendering software. Strong knowledge of localBuilding Codes
and local regulations. Proven experience withDM submissions
and handling approvals. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to workindependently and under pressure
, managing multiple projects.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
