Job Description
Job Opportunity: Senior Architect - Dubai Based, Full time
We are looking for candidates with a strong portfolio, deep knowledge of Dubai's building regulations, and the capability to manage architectural projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel, and other relevant authorities' regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, clients, and local authorities for design approvals.
Prepare professional presentations and construction documentation.
Conduct site visits and provide architectural support during construction stages.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience within engineering consultancy firms in Dubai.
Registered and approved as an Architect with Dubai Municipality (Valid Dubai Municipality Architect License is mandatory).
Strong command of UAE building codes and local regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software.
Valid UAE driving license.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Currently residing in Dubai.
