Senior Architect

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design development from concept through construction documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and design standards. Supervise junior architects and drafters, providing guidance and feedback. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design execution aligns with project goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and design integrity. Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master's preferred.

Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 License

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and local building codes. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
