Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
MUST BE ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
MUST BE ON CANCELLED OR VISIT VISA as it is an immediate recruitment.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, and similar design tools. Strong expertise in joinery work with specialized skills in joinery/carpentry drafting. Capable of detailing projects from the schematic stage to construction, especially in preparing drawings. Effectively coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and manage design coordination. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Assist the Senior Architect in various tasks and responsibilities. Participate in the daily management of the architectural design process. Independently develop shop drawings. Prepare feasibility reports and ensure compliance with local building rules and regulations (knowledge of handling authority approvals is an added advantage). Collaborate closely with construction managers and workers to ensure timely and accurate project execution. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in architecture/diploma in interior design, or equivalent degree. 1-3 years of experience in the Middle East. Authority knowledge will be beneficial.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
