Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers to develop architectural plans for industrial and commercial projects. Create detailed 3D models using software such as Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. Produce photorealistic renderings and animations for client presentations and marketing materials. Visualize construction processes through 3D sequencing and phasing videos to support tendering teams during client meetings and technical submission. Prepare client presentations for technical meetings in coordination with structural engineers, architects, and planning engineers. Visit project sites to gather photos and videos for documentation and promotional purposes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), or similar software. Basic understanding of structural and MEP systems, and the ability to integrate these into architectural designs. Photography and editing skills are a plus.
