We are a well-established construction company in Qatar seeking a highly experienced

Senior Architect

to lead architectural design, coordination, and execution of high-value construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and extensive experience in GCC projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design development from concept to construction stage Review, approve, and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), local authority regulations, and international standards Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution Provide technical guidance to junior architects and drafting teams Attend client, consultant, and authority meetings and represent the company professionally Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works are executed as per approved drawings Identify design issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with significant exposure to GCC/Qatar projects Proven experience in residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use construction projects Strong knowledge of QCS, local authority approvals, and construction methodologies Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, and MS Office Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Professional registration (MMUP/UPDA preferred)
