Job Description
:
We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team and oversee the architectural design and execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural planning, design coordination, and construction management, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and project planning for construction projects. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and design documentation. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Review and approve design changes and construction plans. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Mentor junior architects and design staff. Assist in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum 8 years of experience in construction-focused architectural projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Proven portfolio of completed construction projects.
