Dome Engineering Consultancy, a leading engineering consultancy firm is seeking a talented and innovative Senior Architect to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing architectural solutions for a variety of projects, ensuring that they meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop architectural designs that meet their requirements. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software and other design tools. Work closely with engineers & project managers to ensure integrated design solutions. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations throughout the design and construction process. Present design concepts and proposals to clients and incorporating feedback as necessary. Monitor project progress and provide guidance during construction phases to ensure design integrity. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment, with at least 5 years of experience working as an Architect in Dubai. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing relevant projects is required.
