- Coordinates with services coordinators and services suppliers and draughtsmen, ensuring that the various disciplines coordinators carry out full review within the time allowed by the contractual works schedule.
- Responsible for coordination with the design responsible for civil disciplines and various engineering tasks.
- Reviewing, checking and controlling documents and drawings as necessary, and submitting of final designs and studies to PM prior to onward submission to consultant.
- Obtaining Client representatives\xe2\x80\x99 approvals of field changes and agreeing details of customer/consultant issued Variation Orders.
- Establishing his own separate records for his prepared and issued drawings and documents independently from the Document Controller, even though submitted and returned documents are recorded by the DC, and establishes the related and appropriate records.
- Ensuring preparation of as built drawings related to the company scope of works in coordination with the PM and the PQM.
- Following up the schedule of subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 and suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 as built drawings in coordination with the PM and the PQM and the services coordinator. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture with 12+ years experience with building contractors, of which a few years preferably in the Arabian Gulf. Candidate must be capable of preparing architectural shop drawings, coordinating with Structural / MEP Departments and leading a team of Jr. Architects and Draughtsmen.
