Key Responsibilities
Manage architectural design packages from concept through construction.
Contribute to schematic design (SD),(FEED) and design development (DD) deliverables, design presentations, and coordinating with consultants
Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, coordinate contractors and consultants, manage shop drawings, and attend progress meeting and specifications; ensure accuracy and constructability.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions.
Maintain design quality and compliance with codes, client standards, and best practices.
Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor quality and design intent.
Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for clients and project teams.
Demonstrate strong multitasking ability by supporting multidisciplinary projects, including assisting with civil drawings and coordination tasks when required.
Skills & Tools
Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max , Navisworks and BIM coordination.
Experience with visualization tools such as Rhino, Enscape, Lumion,Twinmotion, Adobe Suite
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality standards in the region.
Understanding of Civil/Structural Design drawings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Architecture or related field.
Experience with large-scale/mixed-use projects and regional work preferred.
Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in architectural and site planning, with a focus on large-scale Industrial projects
Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
