Job Description

The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with codes, and client satisfaction. They will mentor junior staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead conceptual and detailed design development for projects from inception to completion. Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Review project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent. Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff. Prepare presentations and reports for clients, stakeholders, and management. Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or institutional projects is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

Minimum 5-8 years of architectural experience

. Proven track record in residential, commercial, industrial . Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, approval processes, and building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
