Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ensure construction aligns with architectural plans and specifications. Review and approve shop drawings for accuracy and compliance. Review and approve material submissions in line with QA/QC requirements. Review and approve method statements in line with QA/QC requirements. Provide expert guidance on-site, coordinating with contractors and engineers. Resolve design and construction issues efficiently. Monitor materials delivered to site and workmanship quality. Maintain accurate site records and report progress to resident engineers. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and construction, including significant on-site work. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and shop drawing review. Proficiency in AutoCAD, and similar construction software. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Preferred Skills
Experience with site constructions works Knowledge of ADM building regulations and codes
